Some patches seems to work for a few days/weeks, but that's it. We have that problem since mid 2018, we've been on and off trying to fix it, but so far with no success. How can I get back to a white screen as this is very tiring on the eyes.

Its only when i get into windows the monitor goes black and white. Also to add when i start my computer the Republic of games Icon is in color on both monitors.

When the page loads, the indicator at the bottom to show loading progress is purple. The LG TV/Monitor when using the TV part is in PERFECT Color. The top bar is purple and the task bar is black the same as the page.
I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job. I have a black screen with white writing. Youve done a remarkable job performing the steps. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Nobody or almost nobody responded to requests directed at Microsoft about the problem, even on Microsoft forums. I understand that you have an HP ENVY Desktop - 750-514 and the display on the HP 25es 25-inch monitor is grey or black and white. 3 experienced IT losing their time to try to figure out what the problem is.
Some people reported a quite similar problem watching videos on youtube. I personally haven't seen any occurence so far on 7. Even one person said he have the same problem on Windows 7. Intel : set for each display "Scale Full Screen" and check "Override application settings". Increase vRAM in the bios for onboard GFX.
